A
personal token lets glassctl act as the same identity you use
here — one principal, one audit trail. Minting again rotates: any previous
token of yours stops working.
machine tokens (CI, pops) are minted on the CLI:
glassctl token create <name> <role[@team]> — the token
prints once.
